In this SS, Dr. Ramin Ghiasi presented part of his work in the Di-Rail project on “A data-driven approach for monitoring railway tracks using dynamic responses collected by an in-service train”.
This work proposed a new data-driven framework based on AI for predicting the maintenance needs of railway tracks such as tamping and surfacing. The article can be accessed from the below link:
